Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury cases, including automobile accidents and slip and falls.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through trial.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a large personal injury case load with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Education

• Doctorate (Required)
