Duties

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases.
• Conduct depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials and mediations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission in good standing (Required).
