A motivated Personal Injury Attorney is needed to manage a diverse caseload and actively pursue trial opportunities. The ideal candidate will focus on client advocacy, legal research, and effective negotiation, working with a dedicated support staff in a dynamic legal environment.

Location: Quincy, MA

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution
• Interact with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries
• Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law
• Prepare and review legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements
• Manage the discovery process
• Negotiate with opposing parties, insurance companies, and defense attorneys
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trials
• Analyze case strengths and weaknesses, identifying potential legal issues
• Conduct case evaluations to assess likelihood of success and associated risks
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff for effective case management

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Bar license in Massachusetts
• Trial experience preferred but not required

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in Massachusetts
