Duties

• Handle pre-litigation and litigation cases in the Los Angeles area.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances.

Requirements

• Active member in good standing with the CA Bar Association.
• Minimum 5+ years of personal injury experience.
• Civil jury trial experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership with the CA Bar Association.
