Duties

• Manage complex construction litigation cases from inception to resolution.

• Engage in trial preparation and dispositive motion practice.
• Lead depositions of key fact and expert witnesses.
• Participate in mediation and arbitration processes.
• Mentor and lead a team of attorneys.

Requirements

• 10-20 years of construction litigation experience.
• Proven trial experience and ability to handle complex cases.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Expertise in dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
