Duties:

• Manage all phases of matrimonial and family law litigation

• Handle complex cases involving custody disputes, financial disclosures, and equitable distribution

• Draft and argue motions, conduct discovery, attend court hearings and trials

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients

• Prioritize case responsibilities and meet court deadlines

• Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently

• Contribute to a positive and professional legal team culture

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a practicing divorce or family law attorney

• Strong understanding of New York Supreme Court and Family Court procedures

• Ability to manage multiple cases with minimal supervision

• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of New York

• Admission in additional states is a plus
