Requirements

• Two to five years of experience in securities law and capital markets.
• Expertise in public securities offerings and private placements/PIPEs.
• Experience with public company reporting obligations.
• Excellent writing skills and superior academic credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Bar admission in the state of practice.
