Duties

• Bill a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Maintain a client collection rate above 75% weekly.
• Collaborate with the financial team for client billing forecasts.
• Represent clients in court and legal proceedings.
• Mentor junior associates and legal support staff.
• Manage a schedule of hearings and court appearances.
• Advise staff on legal matters and law interpretation.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania; additional state bars are a plus.
• Experience in domestic and civil litigation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superior work ethic and career ambition.
• Organized with effective time management skills.
• Knowledgeable in family law, including childcare and financial settlements.
• Proficient in legal writing and willing to expand expertise.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
