Duties

• Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare data center leases and development agreements.
• Draft service level agreements and loan documents.
• Manage operating and joint venture agreements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage a challenging workload.
• Admitted to or eligible for admission to the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
