Job Overview:
A leading law firm is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its Structured Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience with derivatives and structured finance, including in-depth knowledge of over-the-counter derivatives, ISDA documentation, and regulatory frameworks. This is an opportunity to engage in sophisticated legal work within a supportive, high-performing team.

Location:

• Atlanta, GA

Duties:

• Provide legal support in structured finance and derivatives transactions

• Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, Confirmations, and Credit Support Annexes

• Interpret and apply ISDA Dodd-Frank and related regulatory protocols

• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas and offices on complex transactional matters

• Conduct legal research and provide written and verbal analysis

• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and firm policies

• Manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in structured finance and derivatives

• Familiarity with ISDA regulatory frameworks and documentation

• Prior experience at an Am Law 100 firm strongly preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage deal flow independently and within a team setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the jurisdiction corresponding to the office location

• Excellent research and problem-solving capabilities

• Superior attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Ability to communicate persuasively and clearly, both orally and in writing
