Job Details:

Duties:

• Assist clients by understanding their needs, analyzing situations, and developing effective legal strategies.
• Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney to meet client objectives.
• Organize and maintain client files, ensuring they are current and in compliance with legal standards.
• Advise clients on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options.
• Collaborate with partners and paralegals to navigate files through the civil litigation process.
• Provide guidance on funding trusts and aligning assets with clients' estate plans.
• Manage estate administration from initiation to closure.
• Work with paralegals and legal staff, assigning and monitoring work products.
• Monitor caseload pipeline, taking necessary actions to move cases progressively forward.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
