• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, aiming for favorable resolutions and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and admitted to the State Bar with good standing.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently and work collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive favorable outcomes for clients.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar and in good standing.

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe/Nuance Power PDF.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and platforms.
