Liability Attorney

A law firm seeks an experienced liability attorney to join its Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in liability law and a strong ability to handle complex cases. Duties:

• Manage a diverse caseload in the area of liability law
• Provide expert counsel and representation to clients
• Handle client communications, negotiations, and case strategies
• Conduct legal research and develop case arguments
• Participate in hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings
• Draft legal documents, motions, and correspondence
• Collaborate with senior legal professionals for guidance and support

Requirements:

• A minimum of four years of experience in liability law
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, case law, and regulations
• Proven track record of handling complex legal matters
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Exceptional analytical and research skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar of the relevant jurisdiction

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
• Proficient in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and flexible environment
