Duties:

• Draft motions, pleadings, and related legal documents

• Develop discovery plans and draft/respond to discovery requests

• Coordinate case strategies with fellow attorneys and legal staff

• Monitor and report case progress across jurisdictions

• Serve as the primary point of contact for managing nationwide litigation

• Liaise and strategize with local counsel as needed

• Prepare for trial, including evidentiary review and witness prep

• Manage assigned cases independently from inception through resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in California civil litigation (state and federal)

• In-depth understanding of litigation procedures and FRCP

• Proven track record managing cases with minimal supervision

• Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills

• Professional demeanor with a collaborative mindset

• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing

Skills:

• Strong analytical and legal research capabilities

• Effective time management and case tracking

• High attention to detail and accuracy
