Location:

Duties:

• Draft and present appellate briefs and oral arguments

• Argue complex legal motions in trial courts

• Participate in charge conferences and ensure record preservation for appeal

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

• Support trial teams with legal strategy, motion practice, and brief writing

• Collaborate closely with litigators across multiple practice areas

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of appellate and trial support experience

• Direct courtroom experience, including appellate arguments and motion hearings

• Familiarity with trial procedures and appellate protocols

• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize competing responsibilities

• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Demonstrated academic excellence required

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills:

• Outstanding legal writing and research skills
