The successful candidate will have superior written and oral communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a Colorado Bar License. The role involves handling complex personal injury cases, providing strategic legal advice, and representing clients effectively throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial and appeal.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed legal briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct depositions, interrogatories, and other pre-trial discovery activities.
• Argue cases in court, including presenting evidence and making legal arguments before judges and juries.
• Negotiate settlements and work with clients to resolve cases efficiently.
• Maintain case files and manage all aspects of case preparation and presentation.

Requirements

• Colorado Bar License is required.
• Proven experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury law.
• Superior written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Colorado Bar admission is required.
