Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients during the pre-litigation process.
• Advise clients on the best course of action to take regarding their legal matters.
• Meet with clients to understand their legal concerns and provide tailored advice.
• Develop ethical and effective solutions for complex legal issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring they are fully informed about their legal options.
• Strategize to resolve cases in the most favorable manner possible for clients.
• Stay current with relevant legislation and legal developments.
• Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with clients, offering continued support throughout their case.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including depositions, pleadings, and contracts, with precision and efficiency.
• Assist clients in executing legal agreements and documentation.
• Maintain professionalism and deliver high-quality customer service throughout client interactions.
• Demonstrate expertise in federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Pre-Litigation Attorney or in a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of the legal process, particularly in personal injury cases.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service.
• Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
