The candidates ‘will lead a team of 4-5 Associate Attorneys, manage your own caseload and meet with prospective clients. Will develop relationships with clients while establishing legal objectives, explaining their legal options, providing legal advice and representing them in court and mediation. They will also meet with prospective clients, collaborate with team members, and perform other duties to achieve the Firm’s mission. Must have 3+ years of experience in probate, trust and conservatorship administration and litigation, or in civil litigation. Should have 3+ years of probate, estate, trust and conservatorship administration and litigation experience. Should possess exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills.
