Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and other corporate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop and implement legal strategies.
• Manage due diligence processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Active Bar license in the state of Minnesota (MN).
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Demonstrated commitment to community involvement.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in the state of Minnesota (MN).
