Duties

• Represent financial institutions in securities and other litigation.
• Develop case strategy, draft documents, and handle discovery.
• Attend hearings and participate in trial preparation and trial.
• Communicate promptly with clients regarding status and issues.
• Collaborate with team members across various offices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of financial institutions litigation or commercial litigation/arbitration experience.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of FL; additional bar admissions are a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines consistently.
• Team player with effective collaborative skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
