Duties

• Engage in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
• Handle capital markets and SEC reporting tasks.
• Provide general corporate counseling to clients.
• Draft and review complex legal documents.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with public company representation is preferred.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admission to practice in Texas or eligibility to waive in.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to waive in.
