Job Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of litigation experience handling a variety of civil or commercial cases.
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to advocate effectively in court and draft high-quality legal documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple litigation cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel locally to attend hearings and court proceedings.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Texas State Bar is required.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Certification or coursework in litigation or trial advocacy is beneficial but not required.
