Duties:

• Assist clients with business formation, restructuring, and compliance issues.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm on complex cases and projects.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting clients' businesses.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Ohio with no disciplinary action.
• 3+ years of private practice experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of business law principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
