• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

• Participate in ongoing case management and contribute to collaborative team discussions

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal practice, preferably with family law or litigation exposure

• Comfortable with direct courtroom responsibilities, including contested hearings and trials

• Demonstrated commitment to client service and team collaboration

• Adaptability to structured workflows and modern law firm technologies

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar (in good standing)
