Location:

• Greenville, SC

Duties:

• Handle phone conversations with clients and insurance adjusters, negotiating settlements primarily for personal injury cases related to motor vehicle accidents
• Manage cases with lower to mid-level medical bills, ensuring fair and equitable settlements
• Participate in internal continuing legal education (CLE) programs to enhance legal skills and knowledge
• Build case value, set expectations, and maintain control over client relationships
• Learn and develop negotiation techniques and other essential legal skills in a supportive environment
• Participate in bi-annual performance reviews to track progress and career development

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina law license
• Confidence in handling phone-based communication with clients and insurance adjusters
• Strong work ethic and motivation to learn and grow in the legal field
• Ability to thrive in a client-centric, fast-paced environment
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with remote work and self-management

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active South Carolina Bar membership
