Duties:

• Draft insurance coverage opinions for liability and property insurers with varying complexities.
• Split time between insurance coverage opinion work and insurance defense litigation.
• Provide legal counsel on insurance-related issues to clients.
• Manage a high caseload and meet deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance coverage matters.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida (additional state licenses a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a high caseload.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar License (Required).
• Additional state bar licenses (Preferred).

Skills:

• Expertise in insurance coverage law and litigation.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
