• Interface with clients and co-counsel in managing caseloads

• Collaborate with colleagues on case planning and execution

• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

• Monitor deadlines and manage litigation timelines effectively

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on civil litigation experience

• Proficiency in litigation processes from case initiation through resolution

• Demonstrated experience with depositions, hearings, or clerkships is advantageous

• Excellent analytical, research, and writing abilities

• Strong oral communication and courtroom presence

• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and with teams

• Must hold an active license to practice law in Georgia

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Georgia State Bar (required)
