Duties

• Analyze and interpret insurance policies related to general liability, fire, and automobile coverage.
• Litigate cases involving disputes over insurance coverage and claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Advise clients on coverage issues and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case preparation.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as required.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of relevant experience in insurance coverage law.
• New York Bar admission and/or New Jersey admission is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York and/or New Jersey.

Skills
