Senior IS Software Developer/Programmer

The candidate will work closely with the IS Knowledge Management & Innovation team in the development of systems that are credible, successful and secure. Will create and/or modify programs as necessary to conform to requirements and specifications including, the use of prototypes and/or proof of concept systems when needed utilizing the department’s standard set of framework, applications, tooling and techniques, where applicable. Work with a team in an Agile setting to create systems for internal and external workflows and collaboration including mobile platforms. Coordinate with consultants when applicable to integrate new features and procedures into current programs and web systems. Provide ongoing support and application development services for installed systems. Implement pipeline unit and e2e tests, where applicable. Coordinate with IS Training and Service Desk teams to assure effective implementation of new systems. Adhere to the Firm’s IS development and framework standards while following release management guidelines. Stay abreast of industry software trends and development opportunities by researching and reviewing vendor offerings and networking with consultants, integrators and other law firms.
