The Associate Attorney will specialize in Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Estate Administration, managing their caseload while balancing independent work and collaboration with colleagues.

Duties:

• Handle Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Estate Administration matters
• Manage own caseload efficiently and effectively
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and deeds
• Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases

Requirements:

• Admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and in good standing
• Strong analytics skills
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance working independently and collaborating with others

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in Connecticut required

Skills:

• Knowledgeable in Estate Planning, Real Estate, and Estate Administration
• Litigation experience is a plus
• Ability to manage own caseload efficiently
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
