Duties

• Plan and oversee document collection, review, and production.
• Liaise between eDiscovery vendors, clients, and case teams.
• Manage document reviews, privilege logs, and quality control processes.
• Perform QC review and analysis of document populations.
• Assist with advocacy review and deposition preparation.
• Prepare eDiscovery budgets and negotiate vendor terms.
• Lead custodian interviews and determine document collection scope.
• Draft and negotiate various eDiscovery protocols and agreements.
• Participate in meet and confers on eDiscovery topics.
• Research case law to support discovery motion practice.
• Advise on eDiscovery best practices and educate attorneys.
• Stay updated on eDiscovery trends and best practices.
• Work on special projects as needed.

Requirements

• JD and at least 10 years of eDiscovery experience.
• Proven track record in managing complex eDiscovery projects.
• Thorough knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle and technologies.
• Experience with Second Requests and high-stakes litigations.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity and analytics tools.
• Understanding of privilege and work product doctrines.
• Knowledge of privacy and cross-border issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Barred in the state of their office or eligible to sit for the bar exam.
