Duties

Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and dispositions
Maintain open and proactive communication with clients throughout case progression
Perform legal research and case analysis to support litigation efforts
Adhere to firm policies and uphold high ethical standards
Requirements
5–7 years of experience practicing plaintiff-side personal injury law
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach
Proven negotiation and litigation abilities
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with senior attorneys
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Certifications
Active license to practice law in the state of Louisiana
