Duties

• Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily in commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense.
• Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances.
• Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair when ready.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• A growth mindset and a desire to build a strong professional reputation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
