Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant
The candidate will maintain positive contact and communications with clients, attorneys and staff in large law firm environment. Preparation and processing of documents including electronic filings. Maintain schedules and calendars for multiple attorneys and transactions, tracking of critical dates. Open new matters. Maintain accurate and current information in case management system/iManage. Meet client deadlines and adapt to industry changes. Ensure timely delivery of outgoing mail, messenger deliveries, overnight deliveries, etc. Ensure timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence. Proofread the legal documents as required. Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
