Duties

• Collaborate with partners, associates, and staff both in the U.S. and internationally.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in debt finance.
• Solid experience in debt and leveraged finance from a major law firm.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree (LLM or foreign equivalent) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted, and in good standing, to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
