Duties

• Handle real estate debt and equity transactions.
• Draft transactional documents, including equity operating documents and loan agreements.
• Conduct transactional due diligence, including title and survey reviews.
• Manage all aspects of transactional closings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in complex commercial real estate.
• Admitted to the New York State Bar or eligible for submission on waiver.
• Experience at a nationally or regionally recognized law firm.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• New York State Bar admission.
