Duties

• Manage all aspects of asbestos-related cases from client consultations to trial.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, write motions, and appear in court.
• Research asbestos-related cases, including talc sourcing and scientific literature.
• Collaborate with experts in occupational health, toxicology, and geology.
• Support senior attorneys in settlement negotiations.
• Stay updated on asbestos-related law and industry trends.
• Meet with clients to gather asbestos/talc exposure history.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Active bar license.
• Licensed to practice in New York.

Education

• Doctor of Law (JD).

Certifications

• Active bar license.

Skills

• Experience in tort law.
• Understanding of asbestos litigation preferred.
• Experience in other types of litigation.
