This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with substantial experience in high-net-worth estate planning, trust administration, and tax strategies. West Palm Beach, Florida
Hybrid schedule allowing remote work two days per week
Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses on trusts and estates matters
Handle complex estate planning and trust administration
Develop succession planning strategies, lifetime gifting plans, and charitable giving structures
Address estate and income tax planning, including retirement asset strategies
Design and implement tax-efficient wealth transfer solutions
Collaborate with litigation, family office, corporate, tax, and transactional teams to deliver comprehensive client service
Proactively identify legal issues and provide practical solutions tailored to client needs
Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law, with emphasis on private client matters
Strong technical knowledge in estate and tax planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to client service excellence
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Proactive problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach
Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Florida Bar Admission (active and in good standing)
Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws relevant to estate planning and administration
Expertise in structuring complex wealth transfer and succession plans
Strong organizational and project management abilities
High-level analytical, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to manage sensitive client relationships with discretion and professionalism
Hybrid work schedule with two remote workdays weekly
