This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with substantial experience in high-net-worth estate planning, trust administration, and tax strategies. Location

• West Palm Beach, Florida

• Hybrid schedule allowing remote work two days per week

Duties

• Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses on trusts and estates matters

• Handle complex estate planning and trust administration

• Develop succession planning strategies, lifetime gifting plans, and charitable giving structures

• Address estate and income tax planning, including retirement asset strategies

• Design and implement tax-efficient wealth transfer solutions

• Collaborate with litigation, family office, corporate, tax, and transactional teams to deliver comprehensive client service

• Proactively identify legal issues and provide practical solutions tailored to client needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trusts and estates law, with emphasis on private client matters

• Strong technical knowledge in estate and tax planning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrated commitment to client service excellence

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Proactive problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach

• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Florida Bar Admission (active and in good standing)

• Deep knowledge of federal and state tax laws relevant to estate planning and administration

• Expertise in structuring complex wealth transfer and succession plans
