Duties

• Conduct pre-suit investigations and case evaluations.
• Manage day-to-day litigation activities, including depositions and motion practice.
• Represent clients in hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, including Fortune 100 companies and top-rated insurance firms.

Requirements

• Experience in defending wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases.
• Proficiency in handling complex litigation matters.
• Strong trial and appellate advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Utah.
