Duties

• Assist with foreclosure procedures.
• Support environmental and land use legal matters.
• Coordinate with agents and brokers to close transactions.
• Advise on zoning and land use issues.
• Prepare and file legal documents for transactions.
• Provide counsel during development and construction projects.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in real estate law.
• Probate and Trust experience preferred.
• Expertise in local, state, and federal real estate laws.
• Exceptional analytical and research skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with title insurance and Iowa Title Standards.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
