Duties

• Assist in defending Professional Liability cases including:

  • Civil rights

  • Public entity matters

  • Professional errors and omissions

  • Employment law issues

• Support other practice areas as needed, such as:

  • Casualty defense

  • Healthcare defense

• Collaborate with experienced shareholders and associates

• Participate in client communications and case strategy development

• Contribute to a diverse and inclusive team environment

• Receive ongoing feedback and development opportunities

Requirements

• 2–5 years of legal experience preferred

• Strong interest in Professional Liability and defense litigation

• Ability to contribute to a team-based, collaborative legal practice

• Open to attorneys who are not yet ready to independently manage cases, but willing to learn

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain license)
