Duties

• Provide legal representation and counsel on a broad range of governmental matters.
• Conduct legal research, analyze legal issues, and draft briefs, memoranda, and pleadings.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate legal strategies to clients.
• Develop case strategies, manage client expectations, and pursue favorable resolutions.
• Review and interpret laws, statutes, and regulations relevant to governmental practice.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends in government affairs.

Requirements

• Experience in government practice or similar field.
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Proven ability to handle complex cases and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
