• Advise and communicate with clients and their families during pre-litigation.
• Conduct investigations to determine claims, liability, and insurance coverages.
• Perform legal research and analyze case facts.
• Review demand letters and attend pre-litigation mediations as needed.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Colorado.
• Comfortable meeting with clients both on-site and off-site.
• Open to flexible hours as necessary.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
