Duties:

• Assist in trial preparation and represent clients in court, if necessary.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to formulate effective defense strategies.
• Engage in settlement negotiations and provide strategic legal advice.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in complex litigation, focusing on patent defense.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• A positive, proactive approach to legal practice and client relations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice (Pennsylvania).
