Advise corporate clients on labor and employment compliance, including workplace policies and regulatory obligations
Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes
Conduct internal investigations and risk assessments related to workplace conduct and employee complaints
Provide counsel on labor relations, union issues, and collective bargaining matters
Draft and review employment contracts, separation agreements, and related documents
Collaborate with internal firm teams and external stakeholders to develop legal strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
Participate in business development and client relationship management initiatives
Extensive experience practicing labor and employment law at a law firm or in-house legal department
Strong litigation and advisory capabilities across a variety of employment law matters
Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal projects and client relationships
Commitment to high ethical standards and client service excellence
Existing client relationships or demonstrated ability to develop new business is strongly preferred
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one or more U.S. jurisdictions
Ongoing compliance with continuing legal education (CLE) requirements
Exceptional legal analysis, writing, and communication skills
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proven track record of managing litigation from initiation through resolution
Confidence in client interactions and handling sensitive employment matters
Business acumen and experience contributing to firm growth initiatives
