Duties

• Advise corporate clients on labor and employment compliance, including workplace policies and regulatory obligations

• Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes

• Conduct internal investigations and risk assessments related to workplace conduct and employee complaints

• Provide counsel on labor relations, union issues, and collective bargaining matters

• Draft and review employment contracts, separation agreements, and related documents

• Collaborate with internal firm teams and external stakeholders to develop legal strategies

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws

• Participate in business development and client relationship management initiatives

Requirements

• Extensive experience practicing labor and employment law at a law firm or in-house legal department

• Strong litigation and advisory capabilities across a variety of employment law matters

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal projects and client relationships

• Commitment to high ethical standards and client service excellence

• Existing client relationships or demonstrated ability to develop new business is strongly preferred

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in one or more U.S. jurisdictions

• Ongoing compliance with continuing legal education (CLE) requirements
