Duties

• Collaborate with the firm’s team to deliver high-quality legal services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning or related legal practice.
• Strong research and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Litigation and dispute resolution experience is a plus.
• Proximity to Forest Lake, MN is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
