Senior Counsel - Litigation
The candidate will under the direction of the Deputy General Manager-Legal Affairs, supervises and manages the litigation activities of the Legal Department. Handles personal injury, employment, workers’ compensation, contracts, and various other litigation matters for the Authority. Provides oversight and legal counsel on the administration of RTA’s Self-Insured Workers’ Compensation program. Coordinates with other sections of the Legal Affairs Division as needed. Monitors federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations affecting RTA. Promote a safe and secure atmosphere, follow all safety and security rules, and perform other related duties as assigned.
