A law firm seeks a team-oriented Litigation Associate to join its dynamic team in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation, with at least two years of experience at a large law firm. Duties:

• Represent clients in various commercial litigation matters, from case initiation through resolution.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.

• Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients.
• Attend court hearings and trials, advocating on behalf of clients and presenting arguments.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient case management and client communication.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial litigation at a large law firm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the state bar in good standing.

• Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing case strategies.
