Requirements

• Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience.
• Texas license to practice law and State Bar Association membership.
• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury, wrongful death, and civil law.
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree and J.D. required.
