Duties: Responsible for writing legal documents for various employment-based immigration matters (L, O, P nonimmigrant visas and EB1/NIW immigrant visas), including recommendation letters and petition letters. Assist attorney in preparation of employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including review and organizing client documentation and analyzing evidence to provide attorney with evidentiary case analysis; Revise documents according to internal specifications and client feedback; Perform technical and academic research on scientific topics; and Work effectively and collaboratively with team members to prioritize and organize workload.
